Refund policy

At Folius Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality, clean-label dietary supplements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:
To ensure product integrity and safety, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product seal must remain intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@foliuslabs.com. Approved returns must be sent to our company address provided via email. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at care@foliuslabs.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
To maintain product quality and safety, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat or humidity).
  • Products that have been opened or partially used.

Exchanges
If you need a replacement product, the fastest option is to return the original item (subject to return approval) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days for any reason.

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with the seal intact. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
